The 6 Figures Sales Club is the culmination of years of effort by Rick Roller and Dr. Ken Carlisle, The Real Mentors, who with almost 60 years of combined experience have built perhaps the most effective tool available today for helping ensure agents earn over $100,000 every year.

Rick Roller


Rick began his extremely successful Real Estate career in 1978 when he was named Outstanding Rookie. Since, he has been the principal broker and owner of several successful companies. He and has taught real estate since 1980, and has been recognized as "Instructor of the year" by the Stringham Real Estate School, and "Utah Real Estate Instructor of the Year" by the Utah Real Estate Instructors Association. Rick has conducted Real Estate seminars in virtually every state in the nation, and has shared the podium with luminaries including Colonel Oliver North, and the late Og Mandino, author of "The Greatest Salesman in the World". His mentoring program has developed seven Rookies of the Year, including his partner Ken Carlisle.

Dr. Ken Carlisle


Ken has been a Realtor since 2002, when he was named Rookie of the Year. His second year in Real Estate he sold more properties than all other agents in the office combined. He holds four college degrees, including a doctorate from Indiana University in training design and team building. As a human resource professional for 20 plus years, Ken personally recruited and trained thousands of employees. He owned his own human resource consulting business for seven years, and managed a multi-million dollar manufacturing facility. He has presented workshops across the nation, developed hundreds of training programs in multiple languages, and has authored many articles and books.
